At Ten10 Clothing, we are committed to providing a fast and reliable shipping service to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our delivery process, estimated timeframes, and important information regarding your order.


1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak periods (such as holidays or sales events), dispatch times may be slightly extended.

2. UK Shipping

Our primary shipping provider for UK deliveries is Evri.

Standard Delivery (1-3 Business Days)

  • Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days after dispatch.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Express Delivery (Next-Day Delivery)

  • Available for customers who need their orders urgently.
  • Orders must be placed before 2 PM GMT to qualify for next-day delivery.
  • Additional charges apply, calculated at checkout.

3. International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping, ensuring that customers outside the UK can enjoy Ten10 Clothing.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days (depending on location).
  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
  • Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We advise checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

4. Delivery Delays & Public Holidays

  • UK public holidays may affect shipping times, and delays may occur.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier service disruptions.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at ten10clothing@outlook.com.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order directly on the Evri website or through the tracking link provided.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at ten10clothing@outlook.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue. However, Ten10 Clothing is not responsible for items lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

7. Address Changes & Order Cancellations

  • If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please email ten10clothing@outlook.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
