Ten10s Return Policy

At Ten10 Clothing, we want you to love every purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process in accordance with UK consumer law.


1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear and socks (unless faulty).
  • Accessories such as hats and face coverings.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the item is faulty or not as described.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at ten10clothing@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

4. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

5. Inspection & Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  • If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where an item is faulty.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at ten10clothing@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • We will arrange a free return or replacement as required by UK law.
  • Proof of the issue (photos) may be required for verification.

7. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Follow the standard return process for a refund.
  2. Place a new order for the correct item.

8. Public Holidays & Peak Periods

  • During UK public holidays and peak seasons, return processing times may be slightly longer.
  • We appreciate your patience and will process your return as quickly as possible.
